7 Steps to Cross-Border Procurement
Step 1: Browse & Select
Explore 10+ building material categories. Filter by specs, certifications, and supply mode. Add products to your inquiry cart.
Use keyword search, category navigation, or parameter filters. Can't find what you need? Submit a custom requirement directly.
Step 2: Submit RFQ
Fill in your Request for Quotation online: select products, specify quantities and destination port. You can also upload images, BOM lists, or text descriptions.
After submission, our team will prepare a sourcing plan with supplier quotes within 1-3 business days.
Step 3: Review Quotation
Receive a detailed quotation including: unit price, MOQ, estimated lead time, and product certifications. Review each item online.
Quotes are based on multi-supplier price comparison. Supplier identities and raw costs are not disclosed — we ensure you get the best deal.
Step 4: Confirm & Pay Deposit
Accept the quotation to generate a purchase order. Pay 30% deposit to lock in your order. We immediately start procurement from suppliers.
Track your order status anytime in 'My Orders'. All product details, prices, and specs are snapshot-saved at order creation.
Step 5: Fulfillment
We procure from suppliers on your behalf, arrange factory QC inspection, and warehouse goods after they pass. Track procurement and QC status per line item.
Failed QC items are returned to suppliers for replacement, ensuring quality before shipment.
Step 6: Consolidation & Shipping
Once ready, goods are packed into shared containers by destination port. Multiple orders share one container, cutting international freight costs significantly.
Ships depart from Ningbo/Yiwu to your destination port; transit time depends on the port. Full logistics timeline visible in your order details.
Step 7: Receive & Complete
Pay the remaining 70% balance before port arrival. We assist with destination customs clearance. Confirm receipt to complete the order.

▶What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Varies by product category. Most building materials have low MOQs, further reduced by our consolidation model. Specific MOQ is stated in each quotation.
▶How long from order to delivery?
Typically 45-60 days: ~15-20 days production + ~25-30 days sea freight + ~5-7 days customs. Exact timing depends on product lead time and shipping schedule.
▶Can I request samples first?
Yes. Note 'sample needed' in your RFQ and we'll coordinate with suppliers. Sample and shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
▶What payment methods are accepted?
Currently bank transfer (T/T). 30% deposit + 70% before port arrival. More payment options coming soon.
▶How about customs clearance and import permits?
We provide all export documents (packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, etc.). Import clearance and destination-country certification assistance available — mention it in your RFQ.
▶What if there are quality issues after delivery?
We inspect every batch before shipment. If issues are found after receipt, contact us within 7 days and we'll coordinate with the supplier to resolve.
